The crowbar is a tool used to break the padlocks that are secured to the crates found on the road. There is no other way of gaining access to those boxes, so the crowbar can be very important to the player if they are trying to make money from the junk items within the crates.

25, and can be purchased from Outershops, or found in Abandoned Cars.
